A sticky.io platform release is scheduled for Wednesday, September 16, 2020 between 9am ET and 1pm ET. Specific release date/time and planned changes are tentative and are subject to change. We will keep this event updated with latest changes. All systems remain operational during the planned release with 100% planned uptime. This maintenance event is to notify our clients that a new platform release version is being staged and deployed.
Summary of Planned Changes:
- Fixed the issue where partial refunds sent to ShipStation on multi product orders cancelled the entire shipment - Paysafe (NMI) consent emails automatically send 1 day after the recurring date if consent had not been received prior - Corrected the ShipStation issue where reposted/reshipped order tracking numbers were not being added to the order notes
