A sticky.io platform release is scheduled for Wednesday, September 9, 2020 between 9am ET and 1pm ET. Specific release date/time and planned changes are tentative and are subject to change. We will keep this event updated with latest changes. All systems remain operational during the planned release with 100% planned uptime. This maintenance event is to notify our clients that a new platform release version is being staged and deployed.
Summary of Planned Changes:
- Added new integration with smile.io loyalty provider - Added new integration with CardPointe payment gateway - Enhanced Klaviyo email provider integration to include ability to send custom fields - Added ability to merge duplicate customer records with matching email addresses - New billing model option based on day of the week and buffer day configuration
- Fixed issue where 3D Secure 2.0 not working correctly with NMI in some situations - Fixed issue where order confirmation email was displaying the incorrect discount amount
