A sticky.io platform release is scheduled for Wednesday, August 12, 2020 between 9am ET and 1pm ET. Specific release date/time and planned changes are tentative and are subject to change. We will keep this event updated with latest changes. All systems remain operational during the planned release with 100% planned uptime. This maintenance event is to notify our clients that a new platform release version is being staged and deployed.
Summary of Planned Changes:
- Avalara tax provider - added the ability for the client to add their warehouse address - to represent the state from which the items are sent - authorize_payment API method - Extended the temporary authorization expiration from 24 hours to 5 days - Vantiv payment gateway provider - added the ability to post soft descriptor in authorization request
- ShipStation fulfillment - Custom fields are now saving properly in the profile - Issue with tokens {nextsubscriptionamount} and {nextsubscriptionproduct} defaulting to $0.0 has been resolved
