Delayed Scheduled Jobs - October 10
Resolved - On the morning of Saturday, October 10, some scheduled background processes on the sticky.io platform were delayed while our team was performing routine security maintenance. Our engineering team identified the issue that morning and worked through the queued backlog throughout the day. Delayed recurring orders were processed once the queue caught up, so some rebills ran later than their scheduled time.

All affected jobs have since completed. If you see any recurring orders that still look unprocessed, or exports that didn't finish, please contact support with the relevant order or export IDs and we'll review them right away. We apologize for the disruption.
